“Tom and team at Saulisbury are the kind of folks you want to do business with, for a long time. Same or Next day repairs, depending when you call in. In the age where Customer Service has taken a back seat to time management and efficiency, Tom stands out from the crowd by taking his time to make sure things were working perfectly before he left. He even took the time and explained to us exactly how the machine works, and how we get the images we do...and of course how to make them better While I know he had a list of things to do, he made us feel like we were his only customers, and he had all the time in the world for us and our questions. It's Customer Service like this that has not only kept us loyal clients for 8 years, but for as long as they (and Tom) stay in business.”

“I just want to say the gentlemen that was in the copy and print area with the glasses ( I should of got his name ) was awesome. He had at least 5 customers not including myself that all wanted different services at the copy & print area. This gentlemen did not skip a beat. In other words he served every guest with a smile he did not get overwhelmed or anything. It was one office max worker that asked me what I wanted but I already email my resume so it can be printed while I waited in line and next thing I know the worker that asked me if I needed assistance went in the back to do something else just to leave his other coworker with no help or assistance. I thought the worker that asked me if I needed help was going to jump in and help his coworker who he clearly saw was busy but I was wrong. He went in the back to do whatever but overall the main person who was at the copy and print service today with the glasses deserve a raise for sure. The next time I am in there I will make sure to get his name to mention it in the next review. No matter where you go speaking for myself there will always be that 1 coworker who is lazy and want to do the less amount of work ( I have experienced that myself with a coworker) instead of jumping in to help like a team. That is how I felt regarding the one worker who went in the back and not help assist his coworker with the customers.”

“Good for office supplies and close to home. Office Depot always has great sales, and prices. The service clerks are always glad to help you find things, and very knowledgeable in all areas of the store. The technical service is the best, and is not as expensive as some of the mom and pop shops! If you need help with your computer, ask for Angel. He is very knowledgable, and does an excellent job getting your computer serviced and back to you within a day or two.”
