Would of given no star rating. I'm assuming it was nina herself that i spoke too. Was looking for a simple wedding band to wear daily instead of my nice band. She showed me two solid gold options. I questioned her on one of them being lighter than the other one. She became really condescending and rude explaining that both where solid gold, it was just thinner than the other one. I realized it was true and acknowledged it. She then handed me the ring with an attitude. At that point, I was not interested doing business. My wife later went back and asked her what that was all about. She(Nina) apologized saying something got her upset earlier and that she would apologize personally to me when she saw me. I passed few times trying to see her, but she wasn't there. She lost a $950 sale on a gold ring.

Need to get your jewelry fixed? I can't say enough how satisfied I was. Brought some pieces of jewelry to get fixed and Nina did an awesome job!!! Professional and friendly service always.

Wonderful and Charming!! We were looking for an honest jeweler being new to the area, and after reading the reviews I went and found her store. I had some questions about two pieces of jeweler from 2 grandmothers that passed away. She explained about the jewelry and what it was really worth. We will be back with another piece that my wife wants redone into something different:) She is in the Glenmark Center, in the flea market, but dont let that stop you, she just rents space in that area;)

Was passing through when my watch battery died. Nina took care of my Movado in record time and for a fraction of the cost it usually does. A day later my pearls broke and she restrung them— again for a fraction of the cost. She did a fantastic job. Professional and personable. So grateful this happened when I was traveling by Nina's! It's been a month and wanted to update— I had a gold chain that broke and wanted someone I trusted to look at it. I mailed it to Nina and she fixed it in a flash then shipped it back to me and refused to take any money either for postage or repair, as she said it was so simple. WOW! Amazing customer service. So grateful, and the chain is as good as new. Wish I could tell everyone about how personable and customer oriented she is.

I can’t fathom that business owners don’t keep their Google Maps/Apple pages current. It’s the only way your customers can find you in 2022. In the same amount of time it took you to write a sign that said closed Tuesday you could’ve updated this page to say you were closed.

What am amazing experience with Nina! She is so knowledgeable, and FAST. Swapped my movado watch battery for half the price of everyone else. And restrung my pearls for less than everyone else too. I just moved to SC from PA. Nina has gorgeous jewelry. I went in for a cleaning cloth and ended up spending over $150 in jewelry. There is so much more that I’d love to have, I just need to save some pennies and I’ll 100 percent be back. I’m so happy that I found Nina. She deserves a whole lot more than 5 stars.
