I had a problem with a recall and was dealing with multiple issues with corporate. The service manager Jason Bonadonna was amazing, he took the time out of his busy schedule to rectify the situation. I recommend him and his team, they were friendly and efficient.

KUDOS TO MYRTLE BEACH HYUNDAI !!!
We received and completed the survey following the purchase of our 2024 Tuscon Hybrid.
To our disappointment, the survey could not be printed out. Our intentions and the due respect for MB Hyundai's Team was to print out our completed survey and present it to EACH Department for ALL Team Members, and the current and future customers to review our unbiased gratitude and appreciation for our most recent experience.
There is NO "I" in T E A M !
This fact is exemplified in every department at Myrtle Beach Hyundai.
We are repeat owners of the Hyundai product. Having owned three over the years. The last two Hyundai automobiles were purchased at Myrtle Beach Hyundai.
Our SALES Representative, Heather McCrum, is the most patient, Knowledgeable, Detail Oriented, People Person and Professional we have ever encountered in numerous dealerships in the previous states where we have purchased automobiles over the years. What a great asset this lady is to Myrtle Beach Hyundai !
Our DELIVERY Representative, Chris Looney, gave us great support too. Things really are different and gotten so much better, since owning our first Hyundai product in 2006.
Chris sat in our SUV and patiently presented his introduction to all the many upgrades and new things Hyundai has implemented in this awesome automobile. He exhibited excellent skills and knowledge, answering our many questions and walking us through everything. Myrtle Beach Hyundai certainly chose the 'cream of the crop' with Chris.
Our FINANCIAL Representative, Paul Marques, worked patiently, explaining every aspect of the financial process to us. He exhausted his efforts in applying his expertise to make the 'numbers' meet our needs. He re-worked the entire process for us because we just 'didn't have the heart....we didn't have the heart, to let our 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT go as a trade-in, as we previously stated.
Paul's due diligence was re-activated at that point to a whole new level with kindness, understanding and with utmost professionalism. What a blessing ! Another asset of Myrtle Beach Hyundai's Team.
Our experience over the past eight years with Myrtle Beach Hyudai's SERVICE DEPARTMENT has been exceptional.
Our SERVICE Representative, Jessica Madonna and team in this department has always scheduled and followed through on every service need for us.
Integrity, Thorough, Detail Oriented and Knowledgeable best describe Jessica and the TEAM in this department. We only trust this department to service our automobiles. They perform preventive maintenance, they stand behind every detail of service, and they SAVE US MONEY !

My radio screen on my 2021 Hyundai Tuscan was separating under the screen. They looked at it and found it was covered under warranty. Within a week I got a call that the part was in and scheduled an appointment a few days later. I was able to get a loaner car while they repaired it. Early the next morning my car was done. Upon pickup, was easy to return loaner car and do the paper work, cost was $0 as they promised. They washed my car before returning it, radio was replaced and looked fine.

Had an emergency with my new car only had 1 month. Service department was nice and gentlemen who helped me was nice. Had to leave my car hopefully get back within 30 days.

Nice store with a large inventory. Our salesman was a guy from maybe new York or Philly who came across as brash and rude. The manager and others we worked with were great.

The only reason I wouldn't buy a Hyundai is because even though they offer free oil changes, when you actually need an oil change you have to wait a month.... For a 30-minute service ? at every Hyundai dealer trade including this one...So if you need you oil change on time you have to go and pay a regular oil shop to get your oil changed... Imagine any other repairs under warranty you would have to wait a month to get your car fixed ?
