I was I town for a short while and an animal ran in front of my car last evening and did some damage to the front right bumper and my parking g assist malfunctioned. The bumper was a little loose and I just wanted to be certain the car was safe to drive back to my home state. Marty went out of his way to accommodate me and said all was fine for safety and tightened up the bumper so it was totally stable. He also gave me an estimate of what the car should cost. Other body shops said they couldn't help me. They did a great job repairing a scratch across the front and rear door panels. Reasonable price and completed in the exact time frame they quoted. I would definitely use them again.

Marty is just great. Had to bring my car in this time very short turn over time and as usual a great job was done. This is the second time using Myrtle Beach Collision, and we wouldn't bring our vehicles anywhere else for body work.

They replaced the front bumper and grill on my 2017 Corvette Z06 and the fit and finish were perfect! Like if was purchased new the same day. I am extremely happy with their craftsmanship and service!

Very satisfied with the work from MB collision center! I wanted to thank Marty & Deidra (owners) again for their excellent service and quality work, however, I received a typical "courtesy call" from Enterprise rental car on Jason Blvd., saying they found a dent on the rental car I just returned that day--Unbeknownst to me, I went back there only to find out they filed a claim against me. It took a week & half later to fight and dispute their FALSE claim and I won, however, the excellent job that Marty did from MB collision center made it all worth while. HIGHLY recommend to anyone to go with MB Collision center and think twice about going with any other rental car company other than Enterprise on Jason Blvd.I'm an honest customer and I hate see any more honest people being accused of false claims coming from Enterprise Rent-A-Car.Service: Body & Trim

Our car was ready after a month in their shop. We found another shop to fix unrepaired damages. Customer service was fine and they found an opening for us but it took 5 weeks to get in. We gave them an estimate that indicated potential hidden issues. It was not fully diagnosed and several new issues are now present including one obvious one that was greeted with a shrug when we pointed it out. Also, back panel was painted a different color than our car and the molding on our lift gate has already cracked after less than a month of use.

Buddy dropped a truck off to get some work done. Had his whole sound system taken out and stolen. It was under the seat so it's not like it was just sitting there in the open. When he asked about it they said they don't know anything about it. If they knew there was a chance of something being stolen they should've said something and we would've removed it before dropping it off. They did solid work but a whole sound system just doesn't disappear. If you have to come here remove anything valuable.

Marty and his wife are great, both have been extremely helpful. Both took the time to explain available options not at all related to my vehicle damage. Honestly I should have and could have googled and answered my own questions but they were extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions.

I had several repairs done here on my Chevy Tahoe. Marty and his crew did a fantastic job each time. The workmanship has always been excellent and the prices are very reasonable when compared to other shops. Marty always finished the jobs in a timely manner.
