After two years and multiple issues with each of the two vehicles we bought here I’m done. Our first issue we ran into was my license plate. We were instructed that they could trade in our out of state plates which was apparently not the case. They have yet to locate them and I have had to prove on multiple occasion to NY that the vehicle was sold. Then we had an issue with getting our tax bill for the cars because they filled the paperwork wrong. Then each of the cars have had tire issues in which we had to physically go there and get it fixed because they gave us the wrong equipment for the car. Now one car won’t even start and so negative in value Id be paying $10k just to trade it in. I hope this is a warning to anyone who reads. Don’t go here.

Has to one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Ed Lake went above and beyond to make our car buying experience memorable. They have earned my business without question. Every dealership should emulate how Ed Lake treats customers. For sure will be repeat customers.

I bought my first Wrangler back in January from Myrtle Beach Jeep and 2 weeks ago we were in a pretty bad accident. We were hit in the back by a log truck and shoved into pick up. This jeep was my favorite vehicle I've ever had and I've had plenty (woman driver) my wrangler held up so well being sandwiched in between a log truck and a pick-up. I knew I was going to buy another one as soon as the insurance totaled mine out. Today I went into Myrtle Beach Jeep and I was treated like family from the sales people to the finance manager. Unfortunately I didn't put gap insurance on my first one... Bad on my part! (Definitely put GAP insurance on the car!!) I can't thank Cane, Mike and Tyson enough you guys are awesome!! I'll definitely be back but hopefully not too soon.

I purchased a 2024 Grand Cherokee from here on 7/26/24……Gary and Lee went out of their way to get me what I wanted while keeping my payments in my comfort zone. These guys went above and beyond my expectations! I will be returning to them and I will consistently recommended this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I work in customer service myself and I know how I make my own customers/clients feel so I always have high expectations from others and these guys nailed it! I felt like my voice was heard, my time was valued by them and I wasn’t treated like a number or a dollar sign, I could tell that they wanted my business.

Our soon to be daughter in law purchased a vehicle today from this amazing group of people. Deshawn was the best salesperson ever and the finance manager Tyson was pretty awesome too! They went over and beyond for our girl! I would highly recommend using Deshawn to purchase your vehicle.

Very disappointed. Did our research. Knew what banks required for loan approval. Knew our spending budget. Went in to ask it there were any autos that met our specific reqirements. Instead of listening to us, our time as well as theirs was WASTED by running a credit check on my son(telling him it was a soft hit) my son got a message from Experian that he got a hard hit to his credit from Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. Then talked to me as if I was not aware of what the banks needed to.aprove a loan and running of the credit was to.see.what my son could afford. He did not ask us what we could afford.. I could have come there with 10 grand in my pocket to pay cash. Had he asked he would have been able to say he had nothing there at that price. I could have been willing to put 10 grand down as a down payment. He never asked. I was not dressed "to look like I had any money" I guess. Talk about stero type...went down the road. Looked at cars. Test drove..then applied for credit to take home what we wanted...see you don't have to run someone's credit first!!!!

Just purchased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler from Lou! We found the perfect Jeep we have been waiting for, minus one feature, LED lights. But Lou got these added on for us with the purchase. He was great to work with and helped us get in amazing Jeep.
We will be coming back for our next Jeep!
