“I lost my phone and not only is it distressing but, then to get a replacement through insurance is daunting. Aaron was kind and patient in helping me to navigate and completing the insurance paper work. He took his time explaining the process and even though I was concerned about the people behind me, Aaron mentioned that I was also a customer and it was OK, lol. He did make sure that those folks were promptly taken care of. I will never go to a different TMobile store after the care and attention that Aaron provided.”

They quickly hooked me up with a phone to call in my claim and assisted me until the claim went through. The store was very busy but the guys working were friendly & professional and greeted everyone with a smile. “I came here after a long day hoping to switch my esim over to my new phone. I got there at around 5:30 and Tania quickly greeted me with a warming welcoming as she was helping another customer. She was proficient at multitasking and very attentive. The computers ended up shutting down as she was going to finish setting me up! She remained calm, found solutions to check out customers, and was very very patient. She apologized deeply and although the odds seemed against her, after two hours of technical issues she was able to still do her job and helped me out! She’s a fantastic addition to this team and I deeply thank her!”
