This is actually 4 and a half stars.
Miss T was so nice - and knowledgeable. Her inventory, while toward the limited side (5 to 12 of each appliance) was quite affordable, cleaned up well, and everything worked. She even wheeled the oven I was interested in to the back of the store, plugged it in, and cycled through all the burners and oven. The shop offers a 30 day warranty.
The shop offered delivery for a modest $50 which also included take away of my old oven. And this is what cost half a star. The shop called about 30 mins before the scheduled delivery time to tell me they were having car issues and would be delayed. I asked to be kept updated as I had other things to do that day. I had to call 2 hours later for an update. While apologetic, and they gave me a rough time of another hour, I feel I wasted 3 hours waiting when a more proactive approach on their end could have had the delivery rescheduled.
Also, the sides of the new oven were soiled. It was apparent someone wiped it down in an attempt to clean it but the grease and dirt had to be scrubbed to really get it clean.

I read their wonderful reviews and I'm so happy I found this place I only wish I knew about them sooner when I needed a fridge last year Tanisha and Alex are two of the most wonderful people I have ever met Tanisha sent me pictures of washers they had on the floor with year made and prices Alex came the next day to diagnose machine ordered parts needed and when he came back to fix realized it still was not working and what it needed was not worth it he didn't charge me for the parts he ordered and said he had just picked up a machine he had on his truck he gave me a great price instead of anything went wrong with it he would find me one in the store make sure it was perfect and swap it out and I would only have to pay the difference I'm glad I took a chance on the one he had with him he took my old one away got the new one in and I have been doing laundry since I am so happy and I also know if anything goes wrong they will make it right and for a good price thank you Alex and Tanisha I give you 10 stars for outstanding customer service you have a new forever customer I highly recommend Miss T's appliance store

These folks went over and beyond their call of duty to help us get a dryer ! They came and opened not one but 2 of their locations on a day when the store was closed! Highly recommend!

Purchased a dryer from this wonderful lady, we had a small issue out of her control and she fixed it, basically, immediately. Great customer service from what seems to be a family owned business. Keep your money in the community and take your home appliance needs to this small business. You won’t be disappointed!!

This is a Follow-up review after using Washing Machine for one year: It's not working and needs repairs. I assume they repaired this machine with used parts when they sold it to me. I wash daily and even clean my machine with Affresh as per device notifications on dashboard of washing machine when it's time. I take really good care of it and only wash clothes. When buying, just note it may only work for one year.What a fantastic organization. Great folks and the best place to buy an appliance. Bought a new "cheaply made" washer from lowes hardware and it broke in 3 years. My mistake was waiting to buy a washer from Miss T's. Bought a washer a week ago and it was the BEST decision I ever made. They delivered my washer along with taking the old one away. So pleased with the whole process and by far the best customer service I have ever seen from an appliance used store. I plan on buying a dryer when it goes bad from them. We moved here from NC and sold our house with appliances. Our new house has new appliances except for the washer and dryer. I read the reviews for Miss T's and was impressed with all the great reviews. When I selected the set we needed I told Tenisha that she was showing me why they had such good reviews. Bought the set, they came the same day with them and installed everything in working order. The price was outstanding and the customer experience was even better than that! If looking for new or used appliances I encourage you to start there first. They're the best in my book. Continued success my new friends!

I found Miss T on fb while looking for appliances. I got a scratch & dent washer on my first trip and Taneisha searched for a dryer for weeks until she found one that would work. She & her husband did the delivery & install last night. I have already recommended them successfully & wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Great business and genuine people!

Had a compressor issue with a tenants fridge late on a saturday afternoon and decided it was best to replace. Spoke with Teneisha and her communication and quick response had my tenenat with a fridge, remarkably, 30 minutes after I called. Will definitly use this service again and again. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!
