Wasted my friend's time for over 2 weeks leading him on about a paint touch-up. Lied to him too. Thumbs down ?

Okay, so very recently, I went to this place to see if I could get my car touched up due to some scratches on the paint job, and the Hispanic guy there told me he could do it for about $50, and that it would only take about an hour. So he gives me his number, and the next day, I drop off my car so he can touch it up. When he told me it was done, I went over there, and it looked as if he had just put some nail polish or something over the scratches, as they could clearly still be seen. It almost looked worse than it did before.
He then tells me that if I wanted it to be touched up with the right car color, then he would go get some of the correct color paint over the weekend and do it for me on any day during the coming week.
I call him during the following week to see if I can bring it over.
He claims he doesn't have time, is too backed up, and it would have to be the next week.
I call him again the next week. At this point, I'm two weeks in, still trying to figure out when would be a good day and time to bring it over.
I'm on my way home from work when I call him, and I ask if it's a good time to bring it over.
He says he's not actually at the body shop right now, and claims he's still got some other projects he has to do first, so he wouldn't be able to get to me until later in the day.
I started to say that it was fine, but he abruptly hung up on me while I was in the middle of trying to ask him about when a good time would be.
I tried calling back. No answer.
I tried calling back a second time. This time, he had blocked me.
At this point, I was no longer playing games. I drove over to the body shop to see what was going on, and the hispanic guy I was talking to on the phone was there. I confronted him and asked him why he blocked me, and he denied it. So he lied to me about being there, as well as lied to me about blocking me. I questioned him about what the holdup was on the touch up, because it had been 2 weeks of him leading me on.
He points at all the vehicles in front of the body shop and claims that he's booked up for the next few weeks because he has all of those to work on. Claiming he's now 'too busy'.
I asked him how long they had been there.
He says, "quite awhile."
I ask, "How long is quite awhile?"
He says, "several months."
I smelled BS instantly with that one, but I didn't say it out loud. This guy had already proven to be a liar, so this didn't even surprise me. It was obvious that he was only telling me this to get rid of me because the next thing he told me was that I should just take it somewhere else.
On top of all that, I just drove by yesterday and saw that almost none of those vehicles he was referring to out in front of the body shop were even there anymore.
If you don't do touch-ups, just say so at the beginning. Don't lead me on for 2 weeks only to lie to me and tell me I should take it somewhere else like a dishonest cowardly jackass. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

I finally found a reputable body shop in the area that goes above and beyond! Mike is dependable and does a fantastic job. My truck looks brand new again! I will definitely use him again!!

This is a great place, friendly staff, reasonable prices,They painted a Sebring of mine, and it was Phenomenal !!!!

Front door locked but on side working on truck. I asked if they where open. Guy said no but garage was open. Other vehicles appear to be worked on. 3 in the afternoon. Just wanted to get quote. Very unfriendly and and poor customer service.

The body shop is out of business. No review since 3 years ago, doors locked during business hours and a call to business number goes to a lady that informs you body shop is closed.

These people that reviewed must have been paid or family friends! This place is does dirty business! Dishonest employees that lie to cover up what actually happens! It will cost you more to undo what they "do."
