EXTREMELY satisfied with MidAtlantic Storm Protection!Greg was very honest, professional and knowledgeable. Not a pushy sales guy but he knows his stuff. Jordan and crew came and did a fantastic install. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I have to give Justin a special thanks for noticing and fixing an issue that the builder missed while he was on my front porch roof installing. His going above and beyond is very appreciated and speaks volumes to this company's ethics. The installation process for these panels is very easy and I can safely install my panels over 2nd story windows from inside and NOT on a ladder!We feel safe and secure with our protection. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the guys at MidAtlantic Storm Protection. There may be others that are less expensive but not nearly as high quality and truly caring about you the customer, your satisfaction and their product. Very professional and courteous sales team that explained the step by step process. In less than a few hours the tracks were installed. Two weeks later the storm shutters were delivered which they neatly secured in my garage.

I'm from up North. Hurricane shutters were all new to me. I asked around and literally everyone recommended Midatlantic. The communication was fantastic. Phone, text and email are all used to keep you up to date. The materials are quality and the installation was so fast it was done before I knew it. Mason came today with our panels and he showed us how to install them. So simple! Mason was charming, polite and knowledgeable. Midatlantic has a fantastic product, strong leadership and an outstanding crew. If your looking for storm shutters, this is the place to go!

The Tech from Midatlantic Storm Protection, Mason, was very informative concerning the shutters. He took the time to instruct me on how to install the units and continued to make sure I understood. He was courteous and efficient. He was on time and put me at ease. He made the instruction session easy and I feel confident that I can install the shutters when I have to. Five stars for Mason.
