Worst experience. Bad workers, bad manager, sold me defective hotspot, with battery 10 year's old. If you want to return your new item it will be nightmare. I have to return to the store two times to see manager for it. I will never get back to this place. ? I paid for hotspot $175 , my refund was $117, manager explained, I was provided with a "service"? I had another nightmare after that, manager did not know how to cancel service, as a result I was charged next month for device I did not have. Would you go to place like this??

I wanted to move my phone service to Metro- but after talking to employees I changed my mind. They don't know what they are doing- and they are calling to the manager to get answers. If I have problems from start what's going to happen if I buy phone from this company ? No no bye bye...

Very terrible customer service. Very unhappy lady was real rude from the start! I have five phones with y'all and if it wasn't such a inconvenient. I would drop them all. Hope y'all can find some better help in the future. Thanks i strongly recommend not going to that store. For service
