“Hey Drivers! If you ever get a delivery here and you're driving a 53 footer, it will be a challenge. They're gonna have you park at a 90 degree and yes, you will be blocking the street but it's a small local street not the main hwy. Staff is very nice and will give assistance if needed (I sure needed it lol!!!) But they will literally unload in like 10 minutes. There are no nearby truck stops or parking so come with some hours on ur clock if possible. There is an old empty Lions grocery store parking lot across street where I was able to park. Good luck!!”

“Update: The steaks I purchased were 15% off on special and pre-seasoned vacuumed sealed. I got the grill to around 600 degrees seared them. Moved to lower heat and kept checking with thermometer. They tasted amazing and they were so juicy and tender.
Just wanted to share, we went there for the first time today. We were greeted by the nicest butcher. She answered all our questions and was just very pleasant.
The name NY butcher made me think I would get some NY attitude (not a bad thing) instead we got total country southern.
This place is also much more than meat. they have prepared frozen meals.
Prices seemed fair and they offer specials and a loyalty program .
No credit card fees we appreciate that. .”
