Paul and ALL STAFF were friendly, informative, and quick! I had a 3:00 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation- they took me early and I was out the door by 3:15. Waiting room was clean and I could not have had a better experience. Have been a mavis customer for years now and that will DEFINITELY continue with the great staff and customer service.

Came in for an alignment, service was good, alignment was good, only qaulm is that my seat in my car was a kinda dirty after receiving it back.

My husband and I went in today with a trailer wheel and tire that we purchased from blacks tire yesterday NEW and it had gone flat so it turned out that the valve stem was leaking thank goodness Mavis was open and repaired it for us. Great experience and very friendly people highly recommend them.

We’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences and service at this location. We won’t go anywhere else. Manager Paul once again was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with today. I had a tire blow out on the Highway today and although they were so busy, my van was completed faster than I could have ever expected. Thank you!

Have dealt with the store in Myrtle Beach SC for several years. My first experience I needed a tire for my RV and they had what I needed at a great price. Overall tires are tires but what sets this store apart is the customer service. The people I have dealt with have been great, personable, friendly and eager to take care of my needs. Most recently I needed a broken valve stem replaced and not only did they replace it promptly but they did it at no charge. Great place, great people and highly recommend them for your tire needs and repairs.

I had a screw in my tire and rolled up in there about 12 minutes before closing with my two kids hoping to patch it. Staff was gracious and took care of me and did so by 5 minutes after closing. They ended up having to replace the tire as it had been patched too many times before but in the end I was happy with the service, the price and the way they took care of us. I’ll be back for sure when it’s time for all tires to be replaced
