Ignored my phone call and never returned it after multiple days. Closed multiple times during their listed business hours. Ignored me while I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes. If you want a haircut then don't come here.

I’ve been going to Madison Avenue Hair salon off and on for several years. Recently I’ve been seeing Faith Moore as my hair stylist and have been very pleased with her. I think she does a great job with my fine hair with lots of cowlicks and waves in all the wrong places. ?
The salon is always extremely clean and comfortable. Madison and all the stylists are very friendly and seem very talented and skilled stylists.
The location is also perfect for me.
I can definitely recommend this salon.

My first few times I went to Maddison Salon I loved my hair. The last time I saw Hailey, my hair broke off & it is still falling out. She says it is my water at home. No it is not my water or my hair products. I baby my hair & I buy the best products. She apparently put bleach on already light pieces of my hair. She seems great with dark hair, if you want your hair light in any way please don't book an appointment with Hailey, she will ruin your hair. I wish someone had warned me. It will take years to get my hair back.

Just visited the salon to try and buy a gift card. Sat there for 15 minutes with no one acnkowledging me or asking what they could help me with. 3 staff members were all within 10 feet of me. Must be nice to not need business. So I left and won't be going back.

This place is horrible I went for my first manicure and it was a nightmare the lady was too rough with the skin on my fingers to the point that I started to bleed, then she half ass put clear polish on my nails to finish. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here these people just want the money, it seems like the more you spend the better treatment you get I went for the lowest costing manicure so it wasn't much effort put in making my nails look good the manicure took literally 7 minutes and they charge 25$ for it. days after I got the manicure I was left with hanging skin on my fingers and the cheap polish already starting to come off. Please do not go here they're horrible

I am new in town. Left a message on the answering machine to schedule an appointment, and no one called me back. Called again the next day and left a message with a real person who said someone would call me that day. I never got a call back - very poor customer service. Apparently not interested in getting new customers.
