do not go here!!! worst service, awful nails that only lasted four days and my god they are sooo rude. they'll make you feel so uncomfortable and they should be looked into for safety and sanitation

My fiancé and I came in last Tuesday. My $60 gel acrylic set began falling off only after 4 days! I never write reviews but I definitely feel the need to warn people about this place especially if you’re from out of town.
After asking about price (I live in Miami and regularly get my nails done & never have paid over $55) he began mumbling “cheap”.we never argued the price (but just want to echo how expensive this place wants to be for a low level of service) We didn’t care about paying $60!! My fiancé also got a full pedicure. Money wasn’t the problem but your quality of work should reflect your prices and it did not.
After 10 minutes into beginning to file my nails, the nail tech just stopped- got up and left?? Another nail tech had to apologize for him and then she offered to finish my nails? Everyone has a bad day but this shouldn’t be the level of service you provide. Literally the weirdest experience I’ve ever had and hope they refund us our money or a portion because we feel we totally got ripped off.

$60 and fell off 5 days later!! Never would go back here. Nail techs are also super ignorant and literally got up ten minutes into beginning my nails and just left?? If your from out of town or even a local DO NOT COME HERE ITS SUCH A WASTE lol.

there was 1 person in there and she tried to tell me I had a wait a hour and they closed in a hour. 2 employees sitting there not doing anything. rude ash and a waste of an establishment

I really wanted to like them. They were very friendly people. I had a French manicure. It was nice, however, two days later the acrylic on the corner of my nail chipped off. I went back and they fixed it free of charge. Less then a week later, the white tip on the French manicure chipped off!! I normally go to nail center but they were upgrading their salin so they were closed. That's the only reason I came here. And while Tracy was very sweet, the quality is just not there. I don't want to keep running back to the salon to get my nails fixed, and this NEVER happens when nail center does my nails! So...never against!
