I have been to many, and also had to call many Labcorps in multiple states. When you call, they usually don't answer. If they bother to answer and they look for your orders and they are not in the computer.....it's an automatic "We haven't gotten them yet!"... Loud hang up. Even if they are sitting nicely in the fax machine. Also, you give them the arm you want to use and they ask for your best vein and sometimes try to use your hand.....NO!!
Glenn's Bay Labcorp in Surfside Beach, SC answers the phone EVERY time!! Very pleasantly. They will get up and look for your orders on 1st call. Terri (Phlebotomist) asks which vein I prefer to be stuck in. It never hurts, I never bleed, and never bruise.
These Ladies are superb at what they do, which makes you at ease. And they work so well together that everything gets done so quickly, you don't have time to get anxious...... Please praise them and potentially send them to other Labcorps to train others!!!

Registered on line for a 930 appt. Got there before 9. Used the electronic kiosk to check in, they took me right back and seriously it was the least painful draw ever. The staff is great. I was back home 9:30

This lab is by far the best lab I have been to! I have fibromyalgia and I get a lot of blood work done. They are quick and I barely feel it!

It was so easy to get my five panel drug test. Definitely order online. Woke up to their kiosk and they’ll take care of you quickly. This was the final requirement to get my Coast Guard captains license.

Glenn’s Bay office. Only one stars wish I could give no stars. Worst experience ever with LabCorp here. Waiting area very small and not organized. Office operator/ tech did not know what what she was doing. Just a one person operation. Very impersonal. Don’t go here with or without apt
