Only had this recliner 2 years. Very disappointed after finding out that I would be charged $150 to fix the remote control on this recliner that had an original price tag of $3500.00 ! Ridiculous ! So now I cannot use the recliner like I should be able to.
I will never ever purchase anything from Lazy Boy again !!! Obviously this company does not care about its customers!!!

Walked into the store with my wife last Sunday at 4:40 or so. I have struggled on whether to leave a review but decided to go ahead and do it because others should know. I have been in the small retail business for years and this isn't the way you do it! When we walked in, there was one car in the parking lot. We walked around the entire store and set in many chairs. One worker was with a customer but the other workers were laughing and joking with that one customer. There was a guy that worked there setting at his desk and we walked right by him and he didn't speak. He was glued to his phone. I guess they judged a book by it's cover with my t-shirt, baseball cap and tattoo's. So maybe I should have put my suit on to go in that store. I drove from North Myrtle to go to there because I have owned a lot of their furniture through the years. But left there and got the best service at a competitor and spent a few thousand dollars that same day. I will never walk back into that store ever again. It doesn't take any effort to be nice and speak, but obviously they hate their job or the customers, not sure which one.

I had a great experience at Lazy-Boy Furniture. The salesperson, Katherine M, was very polite, professional and patient. She was very knowledgeable and did not pressure me to buy anything. She showed me many options for the chair I wanted and ultimately got me what I wanted. I am very satisfied with the store and my purchase and will go back again if I need furniture!
