Kroger‘s does have some good stuff but when it’s 8 o’clock at night and you’re trying to go in through the normal side there is no reason to lock that door because people that need to get in there to get a buggy have to walk all the way and I mean all the way around to try to get a buggy and that is ridiculous to find a better way stop closing the door at 8 o’clock at night I understand it might be a security thing but there’s a lot of people around it’s not gonna rob you the one on Lake arrowhead Road doesn’t do that so the person who you’re trying to walk all the way around they’re gonna get robbed themselves having to walk all the way on the opposite side because you try to lock that door the main door at 8 o’clock at night where they can’t even get a buggy

I do Instacart and this is by far my least favorite store to shop at. Always out of everything. Poorly organized and you can almost never find a manager to help you out. Best I can say is it’s clean. Go to Publix nearby or Food Lion a little ways down 501 if you need groceries.

Kroger is the only store around that carries a couple of our favorite products.
Despite this fact, several less-than-satisfactory experiences with employees left us wanting to not return.
Well, George (who was working) at the deli helped to change our minds. He was super helpful & friendly.

The Carolina Forest store is very busy. The stocking crew has to work hard in that store. 9.9 times out of 10, I can usually find everything I need, though. Thanks, stockers!!!
I do hate that Kroger has cut back on the cashiers. I had to wait a long while today because there was only one line manned. I do realize that I might have been able to check out faster on the self check, but I am NOT an employee, the self checkout is taking a job away from someone, and I don't want to be falsely accused of shoplifting. (It happens, we know it.) I will wait patiently, but Kroger, and many other retail stores, need to do better.

Was at Kroger yesterday had two young man at ring us up. The bagger had no clue on how to bag. The kid ringing was so unfriendly.
