New place “snipes” in place of jimmy jazz …. Me and my friends walked in and had no help and the guys working (one named jalen) failed to even answer our questions . We left and went to FINISH LINE …. Just go to finish line, as soon as I walked INTO FINISHLINE , I was greeted and helped ! —GO TO FINISHLINE NEXT DOOR

I came from out of town today and my girls wanted some sneakers. I went into Jimmy Jazz at 7:30 PM and I walked around the store a good 30 minutes and Noooo one offered to help me. I was purchasing shoes for all 4 of my daughters plus my husband. So I go to the counter and EVERY employee was just sitting there talking. I asked about three pairs of JORDANS that they didn't have in my husband's size. So at this point they are shutting down the store at 8 pm and apparently they just wanted us gone. I came to spend big money and because of they're lack of interest and customer service, I just brought two pair of JORDANS for two of my daughters because they really wanted the shoes and I got tired of being ignored so I didn't even shop for the rest of my family.

When I go to a store that has only a couple people I would appreciate timely service but that was not the case today. I went in to buy some new Jordan's and when I found a pair in my size the guy took them to the register for someone to ring me out. I waited for over 10 minutes and the store was practically empty. I asked another employee for assistance he said "let me get someone to help" as he walked away he said loud enough for me to hear "white people are always in a rush" I am so upset over the blatant racism and disrespect. Then he went to the back and ot a single employee came to help me so I left. This is wrong on so many levels. I called and asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on me. I hope someone sees this and reaches out.
