I ordered a crank sensor one time & it was made wrong at the factory which to this place made it my fault so there went $130 down the drain. If they'd stop having parts made by stupid mexicans in mexico I'd have a working part. I won't ever do business with this place again & I've posted my interaction with these ignorant women across social media & how according to them it was my fault it was made wrong & how I wasn't getting a refund or replacement part even though it was a factory screw up. I'm going to keep telling my story & showing the part I received.

I just want to thank Teresa at Myrtle Beach SO much for helping me with getting a part for my Jeep. I live outside the USA and finding and obtaining auto parts is a headache. She didn’t have the part in the time frame that I need and she could have just blown me off on the phone, but she took the time to search for places that maybe would have it in stock and sent me an email with the information. I was able to get it arranged at one of the locations that she sent. It is just wonderful in this day and age to have helpful people such as this! Super grateful to you Teresa!

Ordered parts from their website for a time-specific fix. Order was canceled with no reason given days after being placed. When asked why they waited multiple days to respond and finally responded that order updates were only given via phone. Ordered the parts from another company.

This company is falsely advertising parts online and trick you into buying the parts more expensive.
Telling you, your vin numbers doesn’t match the parts that you ordered but I have the right for your vehicle, but is slightly more expensive. ??♂️??♂️??♂️
And let me tell you they’re not the only one using this practices.
They even sound like parrots repeating the same thing. I talked to 2 different people and they talked like they were reading a script.

I will reserve my rating upon seeing if Mopar parts inc. cancels my order. I ordered this and they sent me an email stating that it is on back order and i could cancel it. The problem is that there is no way to cancel it. no links, both phone numbers do not recieve calls and there is no way to get a hold of any one. i will give it a couple of days and if i do not get a response i will report it as fraud to my cc company and take care of it that way. Hopefully i dont have to.

Parts arrived quickly and were consistent with description. Shipping seemed expensive given the weight and dimension, but compared to the service quote by the local dealership for the same parts, it was still very cost effective. All in all a good transaction and will consider this source again when servicing any future needs.

Extremely Shady Business Practices. Basically, despite whatever they say on their website they do not seem to take returns. If you fill out the return form posted on their website, they simply email you back saying they only do returns via phone. Why is there a form on your website for online returns then? If you call the returns phone number they give it just rings. No answering machine or anything.

A gas tank for a dodge magnum was purchased from Mopar parts Inc and ended up being returned. Return shipping was charged as well as a restocking fee which is understandable but when it came down to a refund these people really have given such a hard time. Part of the refund was sent back to bank account than they took it back and that caused the bank account to overdraft and than they say they're going to send a check..... still haven't received it. And now they say that can't locate tracking number for refund check.... I would recommend these crooks to absolutely no one.

Our new truck floor mats work great. The color matches perfectly. I had a question when they arrived and customer service was very helpful on the phone. I would buy from them again!
