I was at the shop twice in two days, looking for something specific. The sales staff is so knowledgeable and so friendly and helpful. There is a huge selection so their help was needed. Recommend highly!

I needed a new snap attached to a leather item. i called to see if Jamin Leather offered this service. The response was a friendly “yes” followed by helpful directions to the store. When I arrived, the fellow who does the leather work was also very nice - like the friendly lady I had spoken to by phone. He added the snap in a short time. It was done professionally as it would have been done at the factory. I took out my credit card to pay. The gentleman would not allow me to pay anything. He said the parts were inexpensive. I argued that I should pay for his skill set and specific tools I don’t have myself that are needed for the job. He told me I didn’t need to pay as it took only a short time. I tried to give him a tip instead; he said that was unnecessary. Telling others about this extremely positive experience is my way to show my appreciation. This is what happened fairly often 50 to 60 years ago - not so much anymore. Kudos to Jamin Leather! Thanks guys.

I ordered there Blue Jane jacket and love it. The color and quality of the leather is the best. I ordered a size up since I wear heavy sweaters and sweatshirts often. It's not too big if I wear a lighter weight top. The sizing is perfect for me! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thank you!

I have ordered from here many times over the years and have nothing but great experiences. I've never waited more than 5 business days from the time I order to when it's in my hands. I just placed an order over the phone & they worked with me to make absolutely sure my new duster would fit correctly. 5 days later, I'm wearing it. Can't recommend enough!

I'm a little upset about my chaps. I've worn them three times and the zipper pull fell off and the liner is shredded on one leg. I paid way too much for these to be doing this already.

If you need leather items, they probably have it. Also have patches and sewing on site all the time, not just during the rally. They have charity auction of leather items during the rally that turns into half comedy show, we make a point of going. It's for charity and you can get some really good deals on leather items

Had a hard time finding a jacket at a decent price for as tall as I am. Jamin Leather was the place I found my jacket!Also with this company I found Fast shipping and delivery ,friendly customer service, jacket fits great, only had my jacket for three days but it seems and feels well made. If anyone cares what I think I would recommend this company .

Not sure if anyone else has noticed the smell because I seem to have a terrific sense of smell and I don't see any complaints here about smells but the jacket I ordered a few years ago came smelling heavily of vinyl. Though they tried to assure me it's real leather and the smell was just the manufacturing chemicals, I do know what real leather smells like with all the finishings since I've had many leather items in the past, I was forced to keep it without question. But today I have found another issue with the cheap quality "vinyl" used to make this jacket --since wearing a white dress shirt the black dye rubbed off onto the collar ruining it! I can imagine how this black dye was rubbing off into my neck and any other dark clothes I may have worn with it! The collar is also heavy and too narrow made for skinny long necks probably, so it feels like the sides of my neck is being squeezed in. However, when I tried to return it for the initial reason a few years ago the company argued against it and insisted there was nothing wrong with the jacket and that it was truly real leather... my a$$! ...it's a shame because the products look so nice in the advertisements but I'm not sure I'm buying real leather from this company and will not be ordering anything from them again, because it shouldn't smell like VINYL.

Jamin Leather is the place to shop for all of your leather riding gear. I ordered 2 pairs of chaps Monday night well after the store closed and I got them today on a Saturday that is also Christmas Eve. They sure didn't waste any time getting them shipped out. I will be shopping here again for any of my leather riding needs.

I wish I didn't have to chose stars because this company does not deserve any. I brought a leather jacket from this company for our 23rd wedding anniversary. The jacket arrived in a speedy fashion. The week of my anniversary (approximately a week after I received the items) I opened up the package to wrap his gifts. Well the jacket had two brown spots on the back of the jacket. I contacted the store via messenger because no one would answer the phone and was informed that I could receive a $10 refund if I kept the jacket. Then the person said that if I returned the jacket that all the company would do is use black marker or shoe polish to cover up the spots. Since it was so close to our anniversary and I would not be able to obtain another jacket in time, I chose to keep the jacket and asked for a $25 refund. When the rep got back to me they stated that all they can do is give me a $10 refund, or a $20 gift card, or I can return it but they will have to charge me for the shipping and handling. What type of company makes you pay for shipping and handling when they sold you a defective product product? I will never buy or recommend this company EVER!!!!!!
