“We went to Lowes the other night to get an outdoor rug and went to the section outside but couldn't find any but saw an employee and asked her. She was so nice and took us inside, right to them, but didn't get her name. Found the one we wanted and then Scotty came by. He said I've got to go get someone with the , I'll call it the tractor thing. They both came back, and I think his name was Ron, he was up there getting the rug down and they were great!!!! So nice and helpful. Oh, yes, on the way to the checkout I saw some windchimes without a price, so I saw a young man and he came right over, gave me the price, I got one of those too and we left happy! “The cashier was efficient and also friendly. Also, I dealt with another store worker who was super helpful when I needed a heavy item on a top shelf. He not only got the item down for me, but went to get me a cart to put it in. It was a good shopping experience.”
