While a very large store and shopping experience, there was only one area to check out and pay at the very rear of the store on the woman's side.

Love love H&M at Myrtle Beach outlets! I just went in to look around and ended up buying so many tops. Love their cotton blouses and sweatshirts. So many choices. Worth the one hour drive from Leland.
Also all salespersons were kind and helpful as well as women working in the fitting rooms.
All in all a great experience and will definitely go back.

Visited this H&M while on vacation and headed back home. The store was neat and organized which was great. Two issues- one my daughter wanted a jacket that was only in Her size on the mannequin. They unfortunately said they would not take it off until after closing which, since we were headed back home, wasn’t an option. The check out line was super long … the staff seemed to be moving slow pace. Not because they were giving quality customer service to the person in front of them (which I would appreciate and accept) but they looked like they just didn’t care to be there- no smiles… nothing. So while I had time in line, I was scanning items via the H&M app and found 7/ 10 of them cheaper because there was a sale happening ( online only). We proceeded to the counter with the three remaining items, one which was marked down online but not part of the online only sale - but also sold out online and said only available in stores. I asked the employee if they would honor the online price and she stated no, they don’t honor online prices. This is absolutely UNTRUE. H&M’s policy is to honor online prices AS LONG AS ITS NOT AN ONLINE EXCLUSIVE DEAL (like the other items we put back and just ordered). I ended up contacting customer service and had the price adjusted at my local H&M but just buyers beware of your options in the event that you too find the same. The aforementioned reasons are the only reasons I gave three stars instead of five.
