Super service. Initially got the wrong "size" scooter, but then got the correct one delivered to the hotel. Great people to work with. Quality product delivered, which held a charge without any worries. If I ever need a scooter again in MB, I'll be calling them!

Opened an hour and a half later than posted. Phone info line does not work to tell prices. Prices not posted, when they finally opened the prices are way higher than other places I've been even though this is "cheaper fall pricing". Half the equipment was broke. Down including all scoot coups which is what we went for. Find another place.

Waited in the humid heat and then the prices are way below what u end up paying. They should be most upfront w the taxes and fees on their package rental sheet. A one time experience I won't repeat

Update on previous review. I finally got ahold of someone because a friend WALKED from ocean blvd and 2nd ave where i was stranded all the way to 713 ocean blvd ( about a 30-45 min walk) and let me speak to the lady who basically accused us of killing the battery. We rented it went to get food and parked it then it sat in a lot for almost 2 hours and i was attempting to return it over an hour early and it left us stranded. Well i spoke to the lady who was very rude aboyt it basically blaming me for it not working even though the time we rented was 1140 am and we tried to bring it back at 230 pm. ( it was parked 90% of the time because we were shopping.) Anyways she said she would ONLY give my deposit back bc all sales are final no matter what happened to the cart. Said most she would do is give me another one and extend our time. We were returning it to leave the beach but i was still left stranded for about 1.5 hours total trying to get the company on the phone which the lady said she doesnt answer bc its loud and she cant hear. I will never rent from sunshine cart rentals ever again. I cant believe the lack of empathy she had for me and mu 5yr old twins that were left broken down on the side of the road. Unprofessional and inexcusable

Older lady at the front counter was RUDE AS HELL. No need for all that when you can nicely say” sorry mam we are out of six seaters”
