I would say this have been by far one of my favorite gym's I've gone to for the past 3 years its a decent size place and the people at the front desk are nice aswell, but in the end if your looking for not a too big gym this is my recommandation.

Thankful they were one of the only real gyms open on a Sunday. Considering MB is a tourist town, this is very convenient for out of towners.

Like they say- this is a GYM -- not a fitness center! Looking for a judgement free zone? This is it. I am 63, overweight with a hip replacement. The owners and other clients have been totally encouraging! My Trainer- Rob Eady- is awesome! I've haven't been this strong in years! Plus, I have lost weight and a shirt size! Yeah!

This gem was located only 13 mins away from the beach. Staff are super sweet and family orientated. Love the old school vibe, very clean and lockers are to cute to use, lol. Drop in fee is only $10.00 but you can also pay weekly.
