My husband and I are spending our anniversary weekend in MB and decided to spend the day at BOB! Enter the store because of the beautiful dress in the window! This little boutique is On Point! I was greeted upon entering and every worker was friendly and attentive. After given time to browse the store I didn’t see the dress anywhere but in the window. A sweet young lady ask if I was looking for anything in particular I said the dress in the window. “That is our last one”. It’s been very popular! She asked the size I needed! She checked & Behold it’s mine! She removed the dress from the mani and handed it to be! I am one happy customer and definitely will be returning to this little gem!

HORRIBLE WORKERS!! Sold me a candle and only wrapped it with one layer of tissue. The candle was broken when i went to take it out of the bag, and i never sat the bag down. Went to get a refund/replacement and was told “we would never sell anything that would break so easily” well you obviously will. Cute store but overpriced and horrible customer service and workers. Screw this place!!!

Nice little boutique, went looking for something specific and was communicating on the phone with someone to make sure it would work for them, so it took a little while, so I walked around the store. The salesperson must have thought I was a thief because she kept watching me most of the time. Sometimes, people are not sure what they are looking at will work for who they are paying for it for. Please remember that not everyone is a thief.
