“OMGEEEE! When I tell you that the staff there, (mainly Betty & Julia!) Were AWESOME! I'm in San Diego, and I was planning a scavenger hunt for my fiance's birthday. I ordered things from the website, but had a few hiccups. I called the store, got Betty on the line to tell her what was happening to me online, & what I was planning. She eased my mind & told me that as soon as the order came through, she would put it all together for me! ?
The day of his Birthday, the basket I ordered was waaay too small, I called again, and got Julia. In a panic, I didn't know what to do, but Julia suggested to just buy a bigger basket, once she sees the order, she will finish working on his gift basket!? I'm telling you, the customer service from these two was BAR NONE! I want to personally Thank these two wonderful ladies for helping me make my Love's Birthday special!? I have changed my mind several times in ordering something different I found and she is extremely patient and kind. “We visited Target last night for a Kindle. David in the electronics department went out of his way to help us. He is an absolute super employee. He knew exactly where everything was and answered all our questions. Super friendly and nice. It was almost closing time, and he still took his time with us. I have worked in customer service, so I know good customer service when I get it. Target needs to make sure they keep this employee employed and recognize him for the service he provides.
