I love this place. If there is a formal event this is the place to go. I am from Va and I go when I am in town. Besides gowns they also have very nice clothes. In a very hard time they helped me pick these dresses for my sister’s funeral. They were very supportive.

Loved stopping in without notice today since I had a few hours to shop for an upcoming formal wedding. They had tons of size 14 gowns for both cocktail and evening gown. Our attendant was absolutely precious and I will stop wasting my time looking online in the future. Love this store!

I hate clothes shopping..especially for formal wear..so I was not looking forward to going here...but they made the experience so fast and painless. They have a huge selection..high quality dresses. Barbara was beyond helpful...she picked out exactly the type of dresses I was looking for..zipped me up and down and within 30 minutes I had dress shoes and matching jewelery and was outta there. She is that good. Shannon is wonderful and helpful also ...great customer service!!

My mom and I stopped in looking for homecoming dresses and let me tell you this is the place to go! Everyone is so friendly and kind, and all the dresses are absolutely gorgeous. The lady that took care of me was the sweetest and was absolutely amazing! I’m not from the area, but I would definitely come back if I could! Great service, great people love the store!

Barbara was wonderful in helping our daughter find her perfect wedding gown! Our daughter had a dress picked out and delivered for trying on but left her mind open to trying others. As it was our first attempt at finding a dress Barbara suggested trying different styles of dresses.... it was the right call! One of the dresses suggested by Barbara was not on our radar but was the perfect dress! I never could have imagined it could be so easy but Barbara made it so! She listened to our daughter as she expressed what she liked about each dress tried on and had a sense for finding the right dress for her. We cannot thank her enough for the wonderful experience!

They were rude, they fat shamed my daughter, they made us feel very uncomfortable. I felt like I was Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. Walk-ins are definitely NOT welcome. If you want a fun experience with your daughter, do NOT come here.

if i could give less than one star i would. they were rude and demeaning. if you go make sure you have an appointment, not a single person was in the store and we were rushed to get out of the store. it was uncomfortable and felt like we were being talked about the whole time we were there. my best friend was fat shamed and we were financially shamed! NEVER GO HERE!!!

You old lady’s need to be humbled. Your face lifts aren’t holding up well and you need to learn some respect. I bet you weren’t loved when you were young and what’s why you treat others which such disrespect. I suggest you don’t go here unless you want fat shamed and belittled. I would also suggest being skinny if you want to fat shame me. Have a great day and remember to think twice before snubbing me again:)

Robyn was terribly rude to my daughter. Not sure how a business that relies on its clerks to sell their products would employ someone who talks about how ugly their products are and makes snide remarks about the items their customers picked to try on. Customer service at this place e is a joke. Took our business elsewhere. Won't be back.

The employees are VERY rude! The store is crowed from the dresses but they don't even say excuse me they just push their way through. You can't try on dresses without an appointment but can't even make an appointment because they are so booked.? Will not be going back there again.

I had a great experience with my mom at The Foxy Lady today. I was shopping for my wedding dress and found the one! Barbara was great and super nice. The private bridal room is absolutely gorgeous and they truly have such a beautiful selection of wedding gowns. I didn’t feel rushed and got to try on as many as I wanted. I found my dream dress and couldn’t be happier! Thank you Barbara!
