I visited the FedEx facility in Myrtle Beach on Stockholder Drive this morning and spoke to a female representative about a package that was going to arrive on Tuesday. I told her I was not sure that I was going to be home and I asked if I could pick it up at the FedEx location. She smiled and told me that I could. The representative wrote down my name and wished me a good day. I was pleased with the interaction today.

Next time that I need to Fed-Ex something later in the day, I'm driving straight to here! The pick up places at Walgreens, I keep missing. These people were very friendly and knew their stuff, and my package got there! ON TIME :)

I don't know why u would use FedEx, they can't get a package to you on time for anything, I was counting on my package to be on time because I was leaving to go on a trip and needed to take it with me, the day it was supposed to be delivered it said " out for delivery" then later that day it said the package was going to be late, now i cant take my gift,,, Thanks, Y'all are terrible carriers!!!!!!
