The cashier who checked us out was very friendly. Other than that, it's like most other discount stores: picked over items, narrow aisles, and kinda messy. I did find what I was looking for so there's that.

The girl with the curly hair is the best one there . Everyone else always is sitting around and doing nothing while that girl works so hard every time I come in there she’s always working and she deserves the store manager position . She’s always so kind and everyone in the neighborhood loves her treat her with the respect she deserves

Went in there this morning to get TP and couldn’t even walk through majority of the isles because there was a pile of dog food and carts everywhere full of inventory! I waited 10-15 mins before being checked out, because the guy was sitting on the floor not even looking up to see if he had any customers! Someone had to tell him he had quite a few customers, as he walked over he looked like he just rolled out of bed!! THIS STORE NEEDS TO DO BETTER OR SHUT IT DOWN!!!!

This store is horrible!! Boxes always in the aisles very dangerous for a customer to fall accident waiting to happen . The employees aren't professional at all! Was just in there this morning the guy was sitting in the aisle with a hoodie over his head while customers were waiting to be checked out .. finally had to go get him.. Apparently there is No Management there.cant understand why Corporate hasn't did their job.with all the bad reviews..

Store is gross, messy, isles are crowded, staff walks around cussing like sailors, store manager (Patrick) has been seen sleeping in the store, crying constantly and talking about killing himself. Always seems to leave his staff alone in the stores to run every thing by themselves with no help, which is probably why the store is run down. Horrible place of business, get the manager out and get a proper one to run this store properly

This store is awful. Always has Expired foods and medications. Boxes and trash all over the floors at all times. Ailes are blocked with boxes and carts filled with things that need to be put on the shelves. No carts all carts are filled with inventory. The manager Patrick comes to work in pajamas and slippers and brings his cat.He's always on the phone on personal calls and never available check out guests when the lines are astronomical.The store itself is a hazard with all things laying on the ground racks falling down displays all over the place.Freezers are always down then when they're up they're full of expired products. I. I bought my children's juice did not realize it was expired until after we had opened and drank some of it.Sometimes they close down for personal reasons and put a paper note on the door saying they'll be back between certain hours but never return during those hours. The store is all over in shambles and the manager does nothing about it.

Family Dollar is as typical as any Dollar store gets. My biggest problem with any of these dollar stores is that inventory is usually laying all over the place. From my experience from friends who worked at various dollar stores they only hire enough people to cover the register and maybe one other person helping putting items away. They're just as not enough time in the day to keep the store clean and tidy and accident free. As for finding everything that I go in there for which is what they ask you when you get to the register usually yes. And as you go from store to store inventory does vary so if you find it at one doesn't mean you're going to find it at another.

I couldn't walk down half the aisles because of all the merchandise laying in the floor! The one employee there was very friendly, but completely overwhelmed. As I was checking out, someone walked out the door and set off the theft alarm. The cashier shook her head, stating she couldn't go after them if she wanted to. As a company, Family Dollar needs to do much better.
