The staff welcome and the “communicativeness” guidance that Mr Eric W. did towards my storage unit was like a 5 Star Hotel resort tour. ✌️✨?The explanation of how to use their locks is very detailed.Facility is very clean too.Eric W. Is very down earth and honest.

Went smoothly. No issues. I think the lock is a little flimsy. We'll see. I think it would be easy to break into the unit.

Joe was Extremely knowledgeable and took the time to talk with me on renting and also thought it was a good idea to take out some ins, as I was reluctant to do so, but he was right and so glad I did, just in case. I will def recommend Extra Space to Family and Friends.

Leah was top notch! Very helpful and patient with me as I have never rented a storage unit before and wasn’t sure how to operate the lock. She even walked me to my unit! I was in and out in ten minutes. I highly recommend!

Eric, is very knowledgeable about these storage units. My fiancé and I were very informed and understanding about everything about these units. We feel safe with our decision and will be looking forward to using Extra Space Storage for the time being. As far as the units they’re very clean and have high ceilings which is always a plus.
