TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY RUDE. I just needed one nail fixed and it took about 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me and then complained about my nails being too long. They very rough with my hands, even though I told them that it hurt. The owner was very mean and did not want to help me. I had to go somewhere else to get my nail fixed. I would never recommend this shop, especially for a tourist.

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED for the service they provided. When I first arrived and asked for a basic mani & pedi, I believe that's when they begin to look for ways to overcharge me. There were at least 3 ppl without clients when I arrived and noone jumped at the opportunity to take me. Then reluctantly, one guy did and asked at least four times if I wanted gel on my toes and again for my nails. I was not offered any beverages ie water, etc like the other clients to my left and right. I had residual gel polish on my toes, that literally was hanging on. If the wind blew too hard it would have come off and it was only on two toes, which I was charged $5 to remove, unbeknownst at the time. I had no polish on my nails which were barely nubs at this point and he barely did any cuticle care. All of 5 min was spent on both hands and by the time I finished he said the total service was $65+$1.50 for using a card!!($25 for polishing my nubs, $35 + $5 gel removal) service fee I get as a business owner myself however, the cash option would have been $55. So wait a min, math ain't matching! How does a $1.50 service fee drop by $10 if I used cash! To my point charging as they go instead of set prices. I gasped at what a full set or even gel would have cost if I gave into those up charges. When I inquired about a price list being posted, of course they would not have one available only for pedicures, allowing them to change the prices as they see fit! Red flags Definitely not worth the time or money. Would not recommend and will NOT be coming back. Only for the polish to already be jacked up before even getting out the door! See pics if they haven't deleted my post!

Needed nails done on vacation. Pedicure is great. However, my gel manicure was lifting by the next morning. Now 4 days out and every nail has lifted and peeled completely off. A typical gel manicure usually lasts me 2 weeks! Waste of time and money, and I'm no longer in the area so oh well I guess.

This is my go to spot when I'm in Myrtle Beach. They're affordable and it's never over crowded. My pedicure technician does a great job! Most importantly, it's clean and sanitary. And they don't try to upsell you once you get in their chair. Myrtle Beach can be a tourist trap with lots of price gouging but, like I said, this place is very affordable.

I made an appointment for two at 2pm, gel nails and an acrylic set, didn’t get in the chair until 3.. the lady who did my nails was super sweet, she did a good job I thought. It’s been 5 days and my nails are starting to chip, I’m not really impressed with the wait when I had scheduled an appointment, and the fact that it hasn’t even been a week and my nails are chipping.

Upon arrival I noticed how clean the facility looked, but I dislike when I walk into an establishment and I'm the first one to speak. David looked right at me and uttered not one word (but spoke to the non melanated lady that came in after me, I guess he's particular ).
Finally, a middle-aged woman spoke and offered to assist, despite me not having an appointment. I was grateful and was given Nathan. He was absolutely awesome and took his time when attending to me. I appreciate his service and would come back just for him.

We did not have an appointment and we were welcomed right away! We had two pedicures and my daughter got a manicure! Relaxing massage and hot stone treatment! Enjoyed the selection of lotions to choose from and our nails looked amazing! Highly recommend this clean nail salon!

Definitely over priced for basic service... My pedicure was very basic, my toe bled she covered it like it didn't happen, I was supposed to have massage on my legs it was maybe a 30 sec massage. Never again.... My problem wasn't paying the money because I usually spend more but I also get way more done...

This is my second time here. My nail tech David provided great customer service that included laughs, great conversation, local food recommendations, and a quality job on my nails and feet. It's a nice feel/vibe here. The music is not overwhelming and I didn't see a TV. It is a good opportunity to relax and be pampered. If visiting Myrtle Beach, check out Elite Nails.

I had a great pedi here by Oh. I called ahead but just walked in. She was very gracious and did a fantastic job on my pedi!!! This was my first time having a pedi other than at home and this will be my new favorite place when in MB!! They were so friendly and accommodating! Thank you so much!!!

I went to this salon since it opened years ago. Recently management changed and all the old people were gone. The quality of the work went down hill and I tried person after person since I'm a creature of habit. My nails would pop off two weeks later. Nail polish peeled up etc it was sad because this was really my nail spot. Now I had to switch salons but I'm happy because I can wear my nails for 6 weeks and not chip or break any nails. If I break any nails at the new salon I go to now, it's my fault, not the quality of the work. The people are very nice but the quality of work is nowhere near where it used to be. It's ok for tourist who won't be back. But for a local like me it's unacceptable.
