Pat was terrific to work with through the buying process. I appreciated that he listened to what I wanted and could afford.

Just purchased a new Honda Passport at East Coast Honda. What an amazing experience it was! We have purchased 9 new cars in our lifetime but the experience at East Coast far surpasses any we have ever had. We worked with Justin Lockhart. He was wonderful to work with. He worked really hard to help make our experience a great one. He was highly professional, worked hard to make a fair deal for us and made us feel very confident and comfortable with his ability. If you are looking for a new car and want a great experience head over to East Coast Honda and ask for Justin!

Adam was an amazing salesman. He was patient, informed, and trustworthy. This is our fourth purchase from East Coast, and we'll be back again.

My GF and I have been taking our 2005 Honda CRV to East Coast Honda since she bought it about 10 years ago. we don't go there for everything but we do go for what I consider "important" items. We do oil and brakes at other places around town but choose Honda Service for electrical, engine repairs, drive train, etc.We took it in this past week to get a door lock actuator repaired. We walked in and I told them that we needed the right rear door lock actuator replaced, I told them to replace the knock sensor, the serpentine belt, do a fuel injector cleaning, and to change the oil. When we picked it up it was 1250.00 dollars which was ok except for a 145.00 "diagnostic fee" on my bill. I asked what that was for and Kendall, a Service Manager said it was for "diagnosing" my car. I asked just what they had diagnosed as I told them everything to repair. Then he tap danced through that with "it was for tools and machines to fix the problem". Then it was for the technicians time, isn't that what I pay the "labor " for, the technicians time? Then it was "standard" industry practice, except that I called the local Ford and Nissan dealer, who both charge a diagnostic fee, but then they wave it if you get the problem fixed.Be careful of this place. They are obviously greedy and counting on customers not checking their bill.Oh and by the way, any dealer can repair your car, even if it's a Honda. My Honda is going to Grand Strand Nissan from now on.

It was a very mixed experience with this place. The initial sales rep that helped us didn't seem like a they were the right fit for us. While I was there I met this extremely nice sales rep Kelly. I went to Kelly to express that I didn't feel comfortable with our rep and I wanted to use her as my rep. At that point the precious sale rep only showed us one vehicle and we didn't even do a test drive. I told Kelly I didn't want to put her in a bad spot but she went and talked with her sales manager Aaron Barnet. Aaron was not on board with the change. For me I was not going to buy a vehicle from a sales rep I didn't feel comfortable with. I went to speak with Aaron personally. We stood at the cubicle and waited to speak with him as he was speaking to someone. He saw us standing there, didn't say anything and I felt like he was ignoring us. Finally I got to speak with him and expressed my concern. He was an extremely rude and unpleasant person. Based on his actions I will never purchase a vehicle from here. However I would give both Kelly the sales rep and Johanna who was at the front desk 10 stars! They are both absolutely amazing and top notch employees. If you do choose to go here for sure Kelly is your girl but watch out for Aaron's temper.

Had appointment for an oil change at 2:30 pm. Watched people who came in well after me leave well before me. Also recommending a bunch of stuff I don't need at outrageous prices. Will do everything in my power to never come here again.

I used to purchase Toyota's... But the Sparks management is definitely not as friendly as Honda after buying a few Tacomas and twoRav 4s. I decided years ago to check Honda out and we are now on our fifth and I've referred two more to them who purchased from 3 hours a way.. Phil Young is my salesman and has been. Scott Proctor was an EXCELLENT sales manager and has ALWAYS treated me right.. I went from Tacomas to Ridgelines, Rav 4s to CRVs and never looked back... Thanks to East Coast Honda

Every time I’ve called & got transferred to parts department if “ no one is available” you get put right to voicemail rather than a que to await assistance.Very quick way to let a competitor get your sale/ business
