Waited 43 minutes for donuts. People whom came in after me getting their order. Asked if my order was still in progress and they couldn’t find it. Said another Jim took my order. I used the kiosk and put my last initials knowing that a common name needs it. They did not call out as written. They just called out Jim. So my order was taken by somebody else. When I said that’s why I used my lady initial, the young girl said “that’s not on us” waited another 5 minutes to get my correct food. No sorry or apology, nothing. Very disappointed and will not be coming back. Didn’t eat so I can’t say if it was good or not.

Love their donuts, but they're never open. I've driven from Conway just for them twice now, on 2 different days, although their "open" sign/light is on, their never home...bummer ?

First time coming to Duck donuts as we are from Canada. Was the best experience. The staff Lindsay and Alexis were so friendly and welcoming. We were blown away with their customer service. Thank you both so much for making our visit extra special. Would definitely recommend.

I got the blue berry pancake ? donut and the sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel and they were delish! Location was clean, employees were knowledgeable and very helpful! Even gave my friends daughter a rubber ducky!
