I really dont understand why yall paying these prices when yall can just get a whole new phone with that same money.and i cant even get in contact with them, their phone # is not picking up and their messenger system dosent work. really unprofessional

I'm leaving my review here, not as a customer, but rather as someone who went to interview for this place.I applied for the position and the owner/hiring manager (whoever they were) contacted me within the same night. They didn't even give so much as their name, just said they were from the place and wanted to ask some questions. All seems well as we text back and forth and we arrange an interview for a couple of days later. I get there 20 minutes early and he's not even there, which I find out, not from him, but from the nice lady across the counter who contacted him for me. Turns out, he was still at home! Not even there for the interview that HE arranged. Then he has the lady ask some questions for him instead, all of which we'd already discussed over text. Then he asks if I already knew how to fix different problems with devices. As I had told him in the previous conversation, I had some skill but was looking for training - which he originally said was ok, no big deal. Now all of the sudden he didn't have the "resources" to train someone, as if this hole-in-the-wall was soooo busy that he couldn't have the time to train someone. And I am someone who comes from a technical background with certifications to boot. A completely and utterly unprofessional waste of my time, I highly recommend not applying here for a position.TL;DR - Employer wasted my time by not showing up for the interview, then back tracked and said he couldn't train someone after all. Extremely unprofessional.
