It's disgusting how the sales ladies in the back talk about customers when they think they can't be heard. This one lady Kim(I didn't catch the other lady in the conversations name) is a absolute disgrace, if I ever heard my employees speaking the way she did about customers I would be beside myself. It definitely doesn't make one feel like Dillards wants people bisuness.

I came there to find some drinking canisters and I got a lot of help finding them. Upon reaching the place that the mugs and different drinking canisters were. I didn't find what I wanted. I was directed to other places I might find what I was looking for.
