Ok, this store is an absolutely waste. Customer service for shoes a joke, customer service to find someone to open the changing room non existent. And then marked down items on shelves do not show up in the register so the option to get out of line with the manager to show them and then get back in line or just pay the full price. A line with only one operating register on Saturday at noon.

Showed me a min of 8-10 par of sneakers and she had as much respect and patience with the last as she did with the first.

There's a girl in the shoe department ( Julian?) who is THE BEST at her job! She handled multiple people with great customer service. You need a new pair of sneakers..she can and will help. She's not pushy yet incredibly knowledgeable!
I hope this store manager can KEEP HER HAPPY !!!! In today's market ..she's GOLD !

This store is violating fire code for their exit door. Shame on them to force someone who wants to leave to navigate through their maze of a queue line through the registers to leave. They have a taped up sign stating to “exit through the registers” and they have the entrance sensor disabled. You can’t leave the obvious way you would and came into the building during an emergency. Dick’s sporting goods does not care for the safety of their guests. They are only concerned about theft. How can this be remedied. I bet a lawsuit would work if there is some kind of emergency!!!!
