horrible staff and customer service! i tried to buy a lighter and employee named “georgia” immediately dismissed me based off profiling my looks. i offered to show her my id and she wouldn’t even bother to check. management needs to train their employees better, i’ve bought many lighters at different cvs locations and never had this situation happen. so ridiculous, it would’ve been so easy to just check my id but she just had to be rude!

Horrible experience! Had an appointment for minute clinic that I made online and then after waiting over 45 minutes I was told they couldn’t see us. Something that could have been told to me as soon as I did my appointment scheduling and confirmation online. Very disappointed in it all.
We will not return to this location. We love CVS and their minute clinic options but this was a disaster and not something a Mama with a sick child wants to go thru.

Lesson learned once again. Stay the hell away from CVS pharmacy. Incompetent with no empathy at all. The ONLY reason I even came today was my husband just got discharged from the hospital on the fourth of July and they are the only one open. Thanks for nothing! If he didn't need these rxs tonight I would go somewhere else. Just stay away from CVS please! They are absolutely terrible

Races as hell i experience twice one at the pharmacy the other one front desk. The pharmacy 1hour make me wait at the place to change the info on my medicine.they told to set on the seats when is ready we call u after 30 minutes i asked they shushed me badly don’t to see people .first i wasn’t talking to here i was taking to the person’s who asked me set i was at the hospital 24 hours and the come out and face this racism.the one who make my set came and apologised the medicine was in front of the cashier lady all the time .she was sweet and patient with every white person walk in there.the same lady month ago i was going to pay on self pay and when it come my turn to pay for 2 thing’s coast 11$ she jump at try to take the suff from my hands she can do it her self when i asked here why did u do that it was not necessary to impress me like thatvin fornt of the other customers the one was paying before me and styed to watch plus the othere one waiting to pay after me i never see her help anyone but me i told here im driving a 100k car standing right there .and im going to come here to steal 11$ i well never go there again even if i have to die i well never go any cvs ever again . Racism still exist ??

I could walk behind the counter myself and fill my entire prescription faster than it takes them to answer the phone. Usually I wouldn’t get annoyed if it was just once or twice, but I call every single month to get my Rx filled because it’s a controlled substance and I have to.. and every single time i’m on hold for 25 mins or more. It’s crazy.

Nobody ever answers the phone. Even if they are not busy they don't seem very happy to help you in any way. Staff is either poorly trained or bad management

Very rude pharmacy staff. We just asked where the bathroom was and they seemed very agitated that we bothered them. Wow. We left and didn't shop for anything after that. I would never come here again.

The pharmacy employees and service were wonderful! Was going to purchase a few things at the front of the store, and the lady working was extremely rude and unhelpful. I ended up putting the items back. We will shop somewhere else.

I hope and pray that God will bless the MinuteClinic! My appointment was at 4:40 PM and I was sitting in my car in the parking lot leaving at 5:01 PM. Efficient, professional, with a dash of bedside manner. Keep it up. Please.
