My wife was diagnosed with acute bronchitis on Wednesday, 04/03/24. The doctor prescribed amoxicillin pot clavulanate 875 125 mg tablets and Prednisone 20 mg tablets. the amoxicillin was filled that afternoon and we were told that the Prednisone was out of stock and was ordered. I checked on 04/04 and again on 04/05 and was told not available. When I went to the pharmacy today 04/06 and asked the associate about the script, she said it was not available. I lost it! Listening to my comments, the pharmacist on duty began to get an attitude with me. The associate asked me to wait, which I did and to my amazement the script appeared! Yes ,I have a call into the BBB and the SC attorney generals office.

My son’s new prescription for his illness that requires an antibiotic has been pending for HOURS. It’s almost impossible to get through the menu to speak to the pharmacist. I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes and still waiting! I chose this pharmacy because it’s 24 hour but I thought that meant they were open 24 hours not that I’d be on hold that long.?

This is without a doubt the worst pharmacy that I have visited anywhere in the world. They absolutely NEVER have anything ready. Tonight’s example- I was written prescriptions at the ER 14 hours ago. Arrive at the pharmacy to wait another hour.The only 24 hour option here- and only CVS with later hours at all. Place is a complete circus. Avoid at all costs.

The dr said my prescription would take 10 minutes to be ready . I waited in line for 25 minutes only to be told that it would be another 15 minutes , by a rude lady. Terrible customer service in the pharmacy

Nobody ever answers the phone at this pharmacy location. The workers seem confused as to what they were supposed to do. The pharmacy drive thru window is closed a lot ( not just for lunchtime). You have to wait forever at the window an d inside the store. Many times the people behind the counter can be rude and short with customers. I would rather go to any other location or pharmacy over this one.

Extremely rude gentleman behind the counter. My wife had a 35% coupon that sgmhe was trying to use and had to log into her account at the self check out. The gentleman told my wife that "she should have had the coupon ready before check out." Then he canceled out the sale and told us to come to his register. No thanks we just went a mile up the road to Walgreens. There were no other customers in the store and the gentleman acted like it was an inconvenience to help us out. He was literally just standing around.

Pharmacy-terrible customer service and would not fill prescription that was ready, stating closed for 2 hours. This is a 24 hr pharmacy!!! I had the med transferred to this location due to the pharmacy hours. Very disappointed in CVS.

First of all this is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. One day I sent in a refill request at 3:30pm, when I went to pick up at 9pm it was not done. Five and a half hours is ample time to fill a rx. This is a common occurrence. Second complaint is the drive thru being closed the majority of the time. I was in there tonight at 8:15pm, with 5 people working in the pharmacy, they had the drive thru closed. There was several people in line too, which could have been eliminated with the drive thru open. This also is a common occurrence. I will be transferring my prescriptions to a pharmacy that does use their drive thru window.
