Thieves, thats all they are, they see a car with out of state plates and boom car is towed very simple , taking advantage of all this out of state students, and they are bunch of cowards they towed cars in the middle of the night!! One thing for sure this thieves are getting reported to the bbb

Called for a tow the owner attempted to undermind me which caused them to miss out on the tow. If you don't know how to safely tow a rig just say that. Horrible customer service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!. I was legally parked, so I thought my car was stolen. When I went down to their office, and tried to get an explanation, they said if I wanted to argue they would just raise the price it would cost to get my car back.

When I landed at MYR after a four-week trip, I wasn't really surprised to find my car battery dead. But what did pleasantly surprise me was the helpful attitude of these guys. Within minutes they got my car running again, and the price was reasonable. Long-term parking travelers should keep this company's number in their phones.

I drove 11 hours after them telling me they would be there at 9pm for me to get my car, I called them an hour and a half before my arrival just to confirm and they were down right rude with me and told me again someone would there at 9. When I got here the office was closed and they said it would more like 9:45 before some one gets here and if I did not like that I could just wait till morning to pick up my car. I would not do business with these people under no circumstances they are just awful people.

This company charged a $25 storage fee prior to 12 hours in violation of Horry County ordinance.The max this company is allowed to charge is $160, in Myrtle Beach, if picked up within 12 hours (they are also legally required to drop the unit if on-hook for $80 and if not on-hook there is a no tow fee of $30). The rate is $242 in Horry County. They will threaten/scare you by saying that they could charge you the county rate, however charging the county rate would put them in violation of Horry County ordinance 12.5-128(c) unless they have updated their placard since the time of this review. The same would apply if they try to charge you the City of Conway's rate Sec.7-4-82.7.They will try to take down this review instead of acknowledging that they made a mistake and fixing it going forward.Service: Car towing

Nice try deleting this for the weekend. Fraudulent charges by this company. Told us the location falls under Horry County but then threatened to charge $251 which is the City of Conway fee schedule for wrecked vehicles. Charged $185 which is $25 more than the posted fees, which is also a violation of city and county ordinances. The way they get around this is by charging the $25 extra as "storage fees" which again under city and county ordinances cannot be charged prior to 12 hours of storage. Will be lodging a formal complaint to the city and county. Any organizations wanting to work with this company in the future should know that their actions are in direct violation of the FDCPA and UDAAP.Service: Car towing

The man that works in the office that answered the phone on 6/27/23 is about as rude as they come. Called to ask a simple question and the man went off on me. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone based on the customer service aspect alone! I have worked and lived in Myrtle Beach for 15+ years and I have never come across this level of unprofessionalism.
