I absolutely love banking at CNB on River Oaks Dr. in Carolina Forest. The staff is helpful and friendly. Karen is the best banker I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She has always gone above and beyond to help me in business and personal banking issues. She even made navigating an estate account after a loved one's death less intimidating. I give Karen and CNB River Oaks my highest recommendation!

I moved here in Myrtle Beach, Carolina Forest from WV...I chose the Bank closest to me....With God's grace he lead me here...This is the very best bank, with amazing Customer Service, a real one on one live, caring, accurate, etc....I want to give a great big Thank You to The Branch Manager, Karen!!!❤️

I absolutely love the staff at this branch office. They're always kind and courteous. They've even come to recognize me at the drive through and will address me by name. I have several accounts at this bank and am quite happy with the service I receive there.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! MELISSA, the "'manager" is SMUG and RUDE! I opened a loan with Conway National Bank in order to pay for a new AC unit. I would advise everyone to open a loan with ANY other lender besides Conway National. This bank is absolutely TERRIBLE. I've only had the loan open with them for 3 months, and I'm already looking to change lenders. In the month of August, Conway National Bank drafted my account four separate times in the amount of $109. After the first 3 drafts were made I called in order to bring awareness to the mistake. I spoke with a manager named Melissa who would not stop laughing while on the phone with me. She was in no way helpful or apologetic about the mistake. In fact, a couple hours after hanging up the phone with Melissa, my account was then drafted the 4th time. I bank with Wells Fargo. Conway National caused my Wells Fargo account to overdraft so badly that it racked up over $100 in fees to cover the erroneous drafts made by Conway National. I called back to bring this to Melissa's attention again, and she just continued to laugh about their mistakes. I was appalled that she found this to be so hilarious. She told me to bring proof of the overdraft fees to the nearest branch in order to be reimbursed. I did just that, but Melissa would not authorize full reimbursement for the fees even when I had printed out proof from my Wells Fargo account. I was reimbursed $12.50 for over drafting. That's it!!! I had to continue to call higher supervisors and leave messages for them. I never was fully reimbursed for over drafting by Conway National, so I went to Wells Fargo very upset and they were happy to drop the fees since they could see how badly Conway National was screwing up my account. TERRIBLE customer service from Conway National. Melissa is by far the WORST individual I have ever had to deal with involving any customer service matter ever. She is so smug and rude. Apparently Conway National is not concerned about who is representing them or how they treat their customers whatsoever.
