“Unfortunately, my laptop was soaked in water and wouldn’t turn back on even after four days. We brought it to this shop. The owner was very friendly and honest. He said the technician would open it up to assess the damage, but it's likely not worth repairing, as the cost might exceed the value of the laptop. However, if that was the case and it couldn’t be repaired, they could help recover the data and save it to a USB drive or move it to a replacement laptop.

We left the laptop there and received a few calls from the technician the next day to confirm some details, provide updates on the progress and give a quote for labor. We were able to pick it up the same day. I really liked how communicative and transparent they are.

The disk and battery were removed, the data was transferred to a USB, and the owner suggested we hold onto them—as well as the charger—in case our future replacement laptop is the same brand. He also gave us some recommendations on local restaurants.

Overall, it was a great experience and thr pricing was reasonable. (There were also a couple of cute dogs in the shop.)”

The service clerks are always glad to help you find things, and very knowledgeable in all areas of the store. The technical service is the best, and is not as expensive as some of the mom and pop shops! If you need help with your computer, ask for Angel. He is very knowledgable, and does an excellent job getting your computer serviced and back to you within a day or two.”

Decided to purchase a new mini PC computer from CompuDirect instead of a big box store.
What a great decision that was! What I love about these type of stores, the computers have no bloatware installed and only programs needed for your particular use and they are normally less expensive. Everyone I met was very knowledgeable, friendly and wanting to help me with any and all questions. Installation went so smooth and fast that I didn't need to call them with any troubleshooting questions but they are there to help in any way including remote access to your computer when needed.
Once again I love full service computer shops because they really know their stuff and are super helpful compared to buying online or a box store.
