I’m a regular in this store and today I was very disappointed in one specific staff member. Lene who had ran the store up till October was bragging in front of other employees that she is making 125 to run this store and another. In all reality Ashley has ran this store since October and should be the store manager as she has done an amazing job turning this store around and every time Lene is there it’s doom and gloom feeling. Us customers can’t stand her and the staff feels disrespected by her. THIS NEEDS TO STOP LENE IS TOXIC TO THE COMPANY. Edit(6/28) was in the store again tonight and if you don’t guess it Lene was there I was waiting in line heard a customer ask where miss Ashley was and Lene began to speak on another employees mental health condition fix this NOW or I’m contacting EEOC And the customer in front of me is ready to file a complaint with me. When will enough be enough.

11:37 January 20th, the lady working the cashier was fantastic. I asked if they had any refillable lighters and she gave me an entire tour. Would be happy to come back if she’s there next time I need gas or a snack! Very sweet lady :)

Went in the store to buy gad and had a big rude white guy tell me he can't take my money and mu money had a Lil whole but both serial numbers where on the bill. He was rude and even yelled at me to come get my money back. I'll never come to any circle k again. Yall gave me the change that had the hole in it. Then say u can't take it and be rude and make a scene. He's lucky. Things could've gone bad

Cashier informed my friend they did not have any coins at all and she could not give her the change she was owed. So, my friend went to the car to get enough change to complete the dollar. The lady behind the counter was put off and didn't want to give her the money owed. She wanted to keep it. What I do not understand is how is there no change in the middle of the week when all the banks are open? How? And, even if it's legitimate, how is there no sign advising customers of this fact before the transaction? The cashier went out of her way to be rude and smart-mouthed to my friend,her customer, when all she wanted was her change. I think that's fair. Then the man behind the counter jumped in with his rudeness and said he could just call the police to have her, my friend, escorted off the property. Ok please do that was our response. In the end, the transaction was settled and we left. The level of rude behavior was so uncalled for, so unnecessary, and could have been prevented with a sign and a smile. If I could give zero stars I certainly would have.
