My partner and I went into here mostly on a whim because he was on the hunt for sandals. We did not find sandals. However, we found beautiful shoes for fall and winter back in Upstate NY! Debra was phenomenal and tended to all of our needs. She chatted with us and told her honest opinion on what looked good and what didn't. We left that store with 3 pairs of shoes in hand! I'd definitely recommend this store!

This shop was nothing short of amazing! Wonderful selection and great service. I met one of the owners who was very kind and courteous to my mother and I while shopping. Debra quickly picked up on my preferences and styled me perfectly! She brought several options to the dressing room which were spot on. I left with a ton of great buys and will certainly be back! Check them out if you haven’t!

Today 10/6/2022 around 6:15 pmI had a terrible experience when shopping at Centro Shoes in Market Commons. My granddaughter and I walked in with hopes to purchase a new pair of shoes and few items. . As I was walking around looking at items I turned to see the store owner aggressively grabbing a pair of shoes from my granddaughter's hands. Keep in mind my granddaughter is a well-mannered young child who was simply trying to show me a pair of shoes she liked. I then asked the owner why she had grabbed the shoes out of her hands without saying anything. She responded by saying she didn’t have to explain anything to anyone especially a child and that no one can tell her how to run her store. With that being said I will not be returning to that store ever again. My granddaughter was very upset about the situation and I will not give business to an owner that is so disrespectful to her customers, especially an innocent child that can’t defend herself.

I am visiting SC and realized I did not pack appropriately for this trip. I walked into Centro shoes, and not only left with new shoes, but a new friend as well! Debra was so friendly and went out of her way to help me find what I needed...her restaurant recommendations were great too! I think if I lived in Myrtle Beach, Centro would probably be my go to shoe store...and their clothing is pretty cute too. I felt like a little girl again, walking out of the store with new shoes on my feet and my old tennis shoes in the bag. Thank you!

Their exchange policy is dismal. I'll never shop there again. Brand new shoes which I paid full price for before Christmas and although they were never worn, had receipt, and still in box they would not allow me to exchange them.
