Took my mower there under warranty to have brake fixed. They looked at it said nothing was wrong with it. The problem was dirt around the brake so they charged me $75.00 to knock dirt off. I get to first job site brake was still broke. I called back she said that if it rolls around on the trailer that toro said they do that. I told her it wouldn’t hold on a bank. I Was on vacation from North Carolina, I own a landscape business and decided to take a ride to see what they had, I was greeted with more than helpful friendly staff, they were not the least bit pushy and very knowledgeable about the products they sell, I was interested in a 30” toro turf master, well needless to say, I walked out with a new mower! I plan on doing a lot more business with them in the future great service is hard to find
