What a disappointment for Aveda. I have been to Aveda Salons in 4 states. This one was a joke. Aveda should be embarrassed. The stylist dress and look sloppy. Not professional. Gave instructions on how my previous stylist did my hair and was told. Everyone does it different. My hair is now damaged and gross looking hair color. I went to another Aveda Salon and was told it looked like an amateur did my hair. Not a busy salon. That tells you how good they are.

Today I treated myself to a cut & color for my 65th Birthday! I haven't used a Mall Hair Salon in over 20+ years! I chose this Salon because I could get an immediate Appt. I'm extremely picky and I was Very apprehensive!!! I wanted a women over 40 with many years of experience. I have to say Michelle fit the bill in EVERY WAY!!! She listened to my requests and followed them precisely! She went Above and Beyond my expectations!! Amazing Cut & Color, and $100's cheaper than Pawleys Island. It's a 50+ mile round trip from my home but worth it! Great conversationalist, I feel like a met a new friend! I'm Very Blessed to find such a Talented Stylist without a previous recommendation!

O star I was at carmen carmen to have a hair color golden brown. Lady who's taking care of my hair dont know what she doing. My pretty hair end up black color. I didn't ask for black and charge me for almost $400.00. Huh Smh never never again.?

This place was great! My son’s hair was in pretty bad shape. He teaches swim lessons for Triangle swim school in Cary, NC and is in the pool for several hours a day a few times a week. He had built up a lot of chlorine in his hair. I had no idea there was special shampoos for this. The manager was very nice. She recommended some shampoo specifically for my son’s issue, some were available online, but she also some in her salon. She set my son up with a hairdresser who washed, cut and styled his hair. She took great care of him. He said she gave him the best cut he’s ever had, and I agreed. His hair was so soft and clean and very nicely styled. I don’t know if you can see how bad his hair was in the first photo taken before his haircut. The second photo was taken the day after.
