“I'm not sure why this place has such low reviews. We made our reservation and checked in as soon as we got our luggage. The lady that helped us was so nice and helpful. She got us checked in efficiently and got everything processed with no issues. When we went outside to get our car it was clean with no issues. It was in the parking spot we were directed to. When we returned the car, we were immediately checked in at the parking lot and provided a receipt. No issues what so ever! Great job budget!”

“Update 2/6/24: I had an issue with my battery. I was able to get in and out of the service department very quickly the same afternoon. The people were very nice and helpful! I hope that the service will continue to get / stay better!I had to change my rating after my last visit. My vehicle was in for a replacement of the hybrid cooling system during January. I returned in February because my overheat light came on several times at 5 in the morning. I had someone at work put more coolant in so that I could take it in safely. The light was no longer flashing. So the man at Sparks told me it would have to be analyzed to the tune of abt 200.00 because the light was not on. I took it straight to Bell and Bell the guy lifted the hood, noticed a bubble on the hose right in front on top. He looked said well I've got to get the part from Sparks but it'll take me less than 5 mins to fix. It did...abt 2 mins total. If you want good service - go where they don't talk with a colleague and leave the customer waiting for 10 mins then just tell you they can't help you unless you spend needless money. Oh she was cute - but I was the customer.”
