My fiancé and I went to this location last night and were heavily disappointed. Just two adults visiting Myrtle Beach for their engagement, and nobody else got asked pronouns, but we were. We also weren’t told the voice box would play in front of everyone, which was fine, but they made it seem like we should’ve been embarrassed.
I’m an adult. If I want to buy a stupid little bear for my girlfriend, that should be fine. We were otherized and it was bullshit.

Cool store but very pricey! You can easily spend 200 plus dollars on a bear with the add-ons and clothing!

We had such a great experience here! Tear helped us stuff our animal and was so sweet & helpful! She spent the time talking to me & my 9 year old. She really made this trip special for us both! She needs to be recognized for being so caring, thoughtful & geninue. I personally thanked her afterwards and asked her name. We will def be back! :)

It was our first time at build a bear (Myrtle Beach location) staff was very friendly and helpful. Both of my children got their birthday bear, where you pay their age. It was a fun experience and so many bear options, outfits, and shoes/accessories

We were vacationing at Myrtle Beach. My granddaughter has been asking for months to go to a Build a bear back home. We seen this on the boardwalk and just had to go in. She was treated so well by the staff. They made her experience a memorable one. She picked out her bear and was super excited to pick out the clothes and to dress her bear. Like I said the staff was awesome!!
