?????WHATEVER YOU DO, GET THE TOTAL AMOUNT UP FRONT……. I was looking for an honest mechanic (I know right). At least half the job was done smh. After reading all the reviews I was finally hopeful. I made it as simple as possible, parts brand new, preordered; specificly because i already knew what needed to be done. So there was no overhead needed I explained what I want done simple as possible. I arrived to pick up my vehicle that I just knew was all good to go. Walking in pointed to my old parts (well said they were mine) it was a large pile of old parts on the ground. A bunch of rusted parts I guess thought I would never know the difference. However, I already did my research from top to bottom. But half of the job wasn’t done still needing other services. And this is over half a grand later. I know it’s not his problem that I’m a single mother barely getting by because he made that very clear by charging me so much. I’m frustrated mostly bc I still have to get an alignment and rear rotors and some of the parts were still sitting in the trunk right where they were when I arrived. so heads up to everyone that looks on google for an honest fair priced mechanic. I would have even been able to accept it better had the job that I requested and needed actually been done. My vehicle still has to get an alignment still has the rotors pitted in the rear. Another lesson learned; to late for me. But il be satisfied if i can save another person from making the same mistake. I give credit where credit is due that one star that I had to put to write review. I answer to a higher power and I feel peace inside knowing that what goes around comes around. I always treat others with compassion, equality, and respect until im left walking away knowing I got taken advantage of and had to over pay for it. Ughhhhhhhhh???? il repost this on the daily that way I know I can help at least someone from getting treated this way. God bless

My wife’s car was having issues. We took it to Jon and within 5 minutes he told us what was wrong with the car, what parts we needed, and told us we could go but the parts and bring them back for him to install. The next day by lunch, the car was ready for pickup. And the quote he gave us beforehand was accurate. 100% happy!

After trying two other places, I found reviews of Browns Car Care Center. I was able to get my 2012 Chevy Avalanche in, and Jim was able to diagnose and fix my brakes very quickly. I believe I have found my mechanic for my truck. My kind of place! Highly recommend!

Was traveling out of town on my way back home, transmission line busted on my truck, luckily I was only 1/2 mile from Brown's shop, even though it was late in the afternoon John Brown told me to get my truck to him if I could, I did and he went out of his way trying to find parts to get me back home, long story short, my truck was fixed, the cost was a lot cheaper than expected, and very friendly down to earth people, thank you John for being a great mechanic and a great guy!
