Thank you Booe Realty for our stay at A Place at the Beach 1-J 9560 Shore Drive. We love that area. Not too crowded. Listened to live music almost nightly while sitting on the beach from Ocean Annie’s and walks to/on Apache Pier. Our unit was so nice and updated. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Matter of fact the whole unit was nice and clean and bright. Our older daughter and her fam and 3 kids stayed in a unit on the same floor and they were able to come and see us. Nice heavy duty furniture for dinners and game playing. Easy check in and check out process. We had trouble trying to get the front room tv to connect so gave up and played games. Might have been us not knowing how to connect the WiFi. Balcony was so nice and relaxing by the pool with the shade. Thank you for the use of the beach chairs with your unit. Mine broke that I brought so I used one that was provided. Meet nice owners there. Will stay again. Hopefully I can get a month this upcoming winter ‘25. Thanks again to the owners of 1-J and Booe Realty.

My children and I stayed there for our family vacation, they advertised Oceanview online but no Oceanview, you can’t even see the ocean from any of their rooms. My children and I came from different cities, but they only gave us two parking passes, said our cars would be towed without a pass, then told us to park two of our cars at their main office, which made it very inconvenient for us to go places. Several cars were parked at the rooms parking lot with no passes and they never got towed or had a notice on their cars. One of the sliding glass doors did not lock and we were on the bottom floor. Their floors were very dirty in the room, the dish washer didn’t clean the dishes, I would have to run the machine twice and still have to wash some by hand. There were several holes in the walls. We had a great time, but not because of where we stayed. Will not stay with them again

We stayed in one of your condos at Summer Tree village it was great nice clean rooms short walk to the beach the customer service was amazing easy check in and out will definitely be using you guys again and again and I will be sure to recommend you all to all my family and friends thank you for a wonderful stay

Our family stayed at the Maison Sur Mer 2010 and had a great vacation. The condo is directly on the beach and there are many amenities to enjoy. Booe Realty was wonderful to work with in every aspect and the condo is absolutely beautiful.

Our stay with Booe Reality was amazing! We stayed at A Place at the Beach 9660- 313 and it was such a wonderful family vacation! The place is very family oriented and our unit had a wonderful view! Just steps away from the beach! We will be back again next year!

We had a condo steps away from the beach with a gorgeous uninterrupted view of the ocean! The unit we stayed in was nicer than the pictures the advertisement portrayed. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The amenities were great! We were minutes from every where we wanted to go. We truly enjoyed our 1 week stay!

We have rented from Chris Walker and Booe Realty for almost 2 years. We owned our own house for many years so going into renting again was very nerve racking, but they made everything easy from the initial contact where they helped us find our home to anytime we reach out for any assistance. They are so thorough, professional, prompt and caring. I couldn't ask for a better team and experience!
