These guys are a joke and will leave you stranded by the road while assuring you they're on the way only to not show up. Was told they would be there to tow me in 20 minutes but after waiting over an hour I called Corner car towing and Billy T showed up promptly in 20 minutes and took care of the job. Do yourselves a favor and use a different company and save yourself a lot of time and waiting. Was told several times that the driver would call me and let me know where he was and how much longer it would be until he would arrive only to never hear anything. They finally told me if I was in such a hurry to just call someone else well duh it was raining and you're the one who said 20 minutes to begin with. Bad business and bad company.

The employees are so rude, we went to return our uhaul and they yell at my boyfriend for parking it in the back WITH THE OTHER UHAULS. Saying to park it in the front where there was literally no room. They also didn't even get the keys from us we waited about 10 minutes so we left the stuff and left

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! My car broke down at start of vacation. Went here and was told I needed a new fuel pump which cost $650 for parts and labor then was told they got my car to run but it was running rough then was told I needed gaskets around spark plugs. Another $120. The mechanic was super hard to keep in touch with. After 3 days was told the car was fixed and he kept highly recommending I get a new timing belt but the car was ok(which it was obvious it wasnt but i had to get home and it was driveable). I get home to my mechanic just to find out that my timing belt had jumped 2 teeth and that best choice tow 4 less had simply unplugged my cam shaft sensor to get the car to run and didnt mention any of this to me. took my mechanic 1 hour to find the problem that best choice took 3 days to not even fix.

Horrible service, attitude and very unprofessional! Got a car worked on that they didn't fix and lied about, do not recommend! Also they can't lie and look you in the face, or my car would have been fixed

Do not recommend. We called and reserved a Uhaul 3 days prior. Then we called an hour before pick up to confirm our truck was ready. They said, “yes, your truck is readyâ€. When we arrived the truck was not even on the lot. We had to follow a man in another uhaul to a separate lot to get to our truck. When we arrived the truck's gas was on empty and one of the tires was low on air.

charged $27.50 for a cleaning fee for leaving one tie rope and a knife to cut said rope in the bed of the truck. Was told that Uhaul allows for charge so I was getting charged for it. Be wary when renting from this company.

They double charged the days on my u haul. Asked for truck day 2 told no. Asked for credit told no.asked why 2 days told I had truck for only 5 hours.place has bullet holes all over outside.had to call credit card company for refund got a little scared. Be careful
